Virtual auction of AKEF’s Valorant Ultimate Battle Season 1 tournament concludes with record viewership
Earlier this month, the All Kerala Esports Federation announced the Valorant Ultimate Battle Season 1, a 15-day Valorant tournament presented by AMD and organized specially for gamers from Kerala. It is the first-ever esports tournament in Kerala with an IPL model execution. The organization recently held the virtual auction for their upcoming tournament where 8 team owners used virtual money to buy 48 players. The most expensive buy was Mindfuq, who was sold to Dafuq Demons for 50 lakh AKEF Coins, while Fuze, an initiator sold to Psychos Aces, became the second most expensive buy. The auction was live-streamed on YouTube and it had a record-breaking viewership of more than 200,000 viewers.
The teams are owned by well-known YouTubers from the Kerala gaming community.

Now that the auction is concluded, the eight teams that will compete for the Rs. 50,000 prize pool are ready. This is a great opportunity for players to showcase their teamwork and in-game skills.
