This popular PUBG PC Map is getting added to PUBG Mobile soon
PUBG Mobile 1.3.0 beta version was released by Tencent today. Although the beta version has many interesting features, the main highlight of the update is the famous “KARAKIN” map. This update was supposed to drop on the second day of PMGC 2020, however, due to technical issues, the launch was delayed.
What’s new in this map?
Karakin was first released in PUBG’s PC Version in February 2020. Now it’s also entering PUBG Mobile. The map is half the size of Sanhok and the dimensions are the same as Livik map. Only 64 players can compete for the chicken dinner on Karakin.
A completely new mechanism is introduced in the Karakin map and it will be added to PUBG Mobile. When players are playing in Karakin, they watch out for another zone which is similar to Red Zone. This zone is called ‘Demolition Zone’ and will be indicated on the mini-map as a purple area. An alarm will indicate the start of this area and in this zone, every building will be demolished.
Karakin is a sandy island set in the North Africa region with very little. It has slight patches of grass scattered across the map. It is very similar to that Miramar and has several many villages spread across the map.
Along with this beta update, a new vehicle, gun and a TDM map are also expected to drop. Players can download the beta on iOS and Android devices today. Tencent has released the download links for both platforms.
