After making it to Xbox Gamepass earlier this month, last year’s hit indie platformer game Raji: An Ancient Epic will get an enhanced edition later this year. The update is exclusive to the Nintendo Switch edition of the game, it promises to provide an overall revamped gaming experience.
The game is developed by India’s very own Nodding Heads Games. It is centered around mythical beings and is set in ancient India. The game has received a warm reception and was nominated for several awards.
Raji’s enhanced edition brings a new game mode and Hindi Voiceover
The enhanced edition of the game will provide an authentic Hindi Voiceover and a game mode. New boss interactions and environment interactions will be available on the enhanced edition, newer level designs and weapon mechanics can also be seen in the teaser. The update will be free of cost and is set to release in the Q4 of 2021 for players on Nintendo Switch.
Like most platformers, Raji gets it right in the visuals department as a platformer. The game is set in a stunning atmosphere coupled with music that goes so well with the theme of the game. The narrative follows a young girl called Raji who sets upon a journey to find her younger brother. The game revolves around various characters from Indian mythology as Ancient India serves as the setting for the game.
