The year 2021 brings for the battle royale fan a fantastic treat in the form of world-class tournaments and classy, good old competitive gameplay. In July itself, Tencent is organizing the PUBG Mobile World Invitational 2021 (PMWI). It happens to be the biggest competitive PUBG mobile event that is to be held this summer, and consecutively for this year too. Organized by Gamers Without Borders, in association with OnePlus as their official smartphone partner and Nimo TV as its media partner, PMWI 2021 shall be one of the biggest charity events to be held this year.

PUBG Mobile World Invitational tournament format
Having been hosted with the charity prize pool of USD 3 million, PMWI shall witness some of the best players in action as 16 teams each from the two divisions of east and west shall fight it out to become the champions.
Held over a period of three days from July 22 to July 25, we shall be witnessing some of the most nail-biting action to be seen in the competitive domain of PUBG Mobile, as we eagerly wait for the crowning of the two new champions. From the East, we have famous teams like Bigetron Red Aliens, Zeus Esports, and NASR Esports while from the West, we have teams like Ghost Gaming, Team Onyx, and Godsent.
To be held in the three maps of Erangel, Sanhok, and Miramar, streaming for the matches held in the Eastern division shall be at 10 AM GMT, while matches for the Western division shall be streamed live at 2:30 PM GMT. The live stream shall be available on the official channels of PUBG Mobile Esports – Youtube, Facebook, and Twitch.

Battegrounds Mobile India Tournaments bring back esports fervour in the country
Very recently, with the launch of the revamped version of PUBG Mobile for the Indian audience, Krafton organized India’s first-ever Launch Party to celebrate the release of Battlegrounds Mobile India. It was a runaway hit with the Indian fanbase of all PUBG mobile players, as the streams for the two-day tournaments amassed a total of approximately 5,50,000 viewership on all languages and across all platforms.
The more exciting news was delivered by Krafton right after the end of the Launch Party, of the first-ever India exclusive tournament titled the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series to be held over a period of three months.
