Ninja signs multiyear contract with Twitch
Back in August 2019, Tyler “Ninja” Blevins signed an exclusive contract to stream full time on Mixer. Tyler had to part ways with Mixer as the Microsoft owned streaming platform was scrapped off to Facebook in June 2020 which meant that streamers who left Twitch for Mixer had to find a new home.
After making impromptu appearances on both YouTube and Twitch, Ninja has finally decided to return to his home, Twitch- after signing an exclusive multiyear contract with Twitch of an undisclosed amount.

Ninja said in a statement provided to The Hollywood Reporter (thanks, VGC) “I am excited to get back to streaming full-time and connecting with my loyal fanbase, I am looking forward to working with Twitch to demonstrate how this amazing community of gamers can make a meaningful impact.”
“I really took my time to decide which platform was best and Twitch has been supportive throughout this process and understanding my overall career goals. In this next chapter, I’m going to make it a point to elevate and bring more eyes to underrepresented creators.
Michael Aragon, the VP of content at Twitch said, “Tyler is an iconic force in the gaming community, and it’s been amazing to see the impact he’s made on the industry and broader culture,”
