Revenant esports announces their Battleground Mobile India roster for upcoming tournaments


Battlegrounds Mobile India, the Indian version of Player Unknown's Battleground Mobile, is said to be coming out by the end of this month. As the streamers are getting ready and warming up on the Korean version of PUBG Mobile, but with the official upcoming title esports scene is also expected to grow around the new game.

Revenant Esports has now officially announced their Battlegrounds Mobile India Roster, which includes “Athletes from the top four India teams that represented PUBG Mobile in the World League” being Parichay "Paradox" Bansal, Rishabh "Encore" Katoch, Sujoy "AustinX" Das and Ankit "TopDawg" Mehra. 

“We have a solid vision and massive plans to play an instrumental part in the BGMI community. We aim to grow aggressively in the competitive esports and content with our brand-new roster. We will also focus on creating IPs via virtual & offline events,” said Rohit Jagasia, Founder & CEO of Revenant Esports.

Team Captain and In-game Leader Parichay "Paradox" Bansal also said that "He is excited about the roster's future with Revenant Esports and wish to go long way with Revenant and lay a huge emphasis in the Indian Esports"

“I think both AustinX and TopDawg are amazing additions to the roster. AustinX brings great experience as an assaulter, which he even showcased in the World League and PMCO. Whereas TopDawg is an underdog who will be our trump card as he has the hunger to win,” Bansal added

Revenant Esports was founded back in 2020 by Rohit Jagasia with their aim to reach heights in the esports scenario while providing an opportunity to the young and aspiring players around the country. This firm competes in Call of Duty Mobile competitive scene while they've also set up a significant esports gaming and broadcasting infrastructure.

This roster managed to secure 5th Place in the PMCO Lan tournament held back in 2019 followed by securing 2nd Runner-Up in PMCO Spring 2020, while they managed to finish 3rd in the PMPL 2020 Tournament. And additionally, they represented India at a global level in the PUBG Mobile World League 2020.
