If you’re a PC user, you need to be a Halo Insider to participate in the technical previews.
What can you expect at the upcoming technical preview?
With this weekend’s technical preview, players will experience Halo Infinite’s 12 vs. 12 Big Team Battle (BTB) mode. A new map called Fragmentation will be added to the map pool and the Capture the Flag mode is also likely to be featured.
After the last technical preview, 343 brought several changes to the game with one of the most notable being changes to the game’s radar. Fans can expect some more changes after the conclusion of this weekend’s preview.
Halo Infinite game modes
At launch, Halo Infinite will only have a story-driven campaign mode and a multiplayer mode. Last month the developer confirmed that campaign co-op and Forge modes will be added post-launch.
Campaign co-op is expected in season 2, about three months after launch, followed by Forge in season 3, about six months after launch,” developer 343 said.
Halo Infinite release date
Halo Infinite will launch on December 8 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Windows (Microsoft and Steam storefronts).
