Gran Turismo 7 packs exciting racing features
The game comes with a new campaign mode (requires an internet connection) that will take players to several racing circuits across the world. Players will ride in some old and robust cars like the 1966 Honda S800 to some of the most sophisticated and technologically advanced ones like the Hyundai N 2025 VGT Gr.1.
Players can also collect a variety of cars from different eras by winning races and used car dealerships. These cars can be customized and tuned according to the player’s liking. “In GT7, players can once again start with a stock vehicle and build their car up gradually to fit their preference, through adjustments made on engine performance, suspension, transmission gearing, brakes, tires, etc,” PlayStation blog post reads.
Apart from body modifications, wheel changes, and oil changes, players can change the car’s livery through the livery editor.
Gran Turismo 7 will give an immersive racing experience with its dynamic weather systems. “Referencing a massive amount of meteorological observation data, we have recreated spatial / time of day conditions for particle size distribution and concentration distribution of aerosol particles in the atmosphere on a global environmental scale, in a procedure that is unique to the Gran Turismo series,” said Kazunori Yamauchi,
By taking complete advantage of PlayStation 5’s hardware the game will offer faster load times, higher frame rates, and enhanced graphics.
