Garena Free Fire introduces One Punch Man in a crossover event
Video game publisher Garena has announced a crossover event that features a collaboration between Free Fire and One Punch Man which is a popular Japanese anime. Players will get access to a variety of playable in-game content from One-Punch Man.
This collaboration will allow players to don the iconic One-Punch Man costume, other in-game items, collectibles, and will also have a variety One-Punch Man-themed content in store for players. The date of arrival of One-Punch Man in the Free Fire universe is not known but Garena said they will post updates about this collaboration soon.

We’re always looking to create novel, in-game content infused with influences from across the world and believe that our partnership with One-Punch Man will offer our global community of players even more opportunities to battle in style.”
Garena has made sure that there is no shortage of new content in Free Fire. Earlier this month, they announced that International Football star Christiano Ronaldo had become the Global Brand Ambassador for Free Fire. He was also a playable character in Free Fire’s Operation Chrono.
New content has attracted players towards the game which has contributed in Free Fire’s massive success. In 2020, Free Fire witnessed a 162% growth in viewership and it also racked up over 100 billion lifetime views on YouTube.
To end 2020 on a high, Garena also unveiled two tournaments for Free Fire– Free Fire Battle Arena Season 2 and Total Gaming Tournament.
