The Pokémon Company announces release dates for Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Pearl/Diamond remakes

Nintendo and The Pokemon Company have announced the release dates for their three upcoming Pokemon games. Pokemon Legends: Arceus is coming on January 28, 2022, whereas Diamond and Pearl remakes- Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl will release on November 19, 2021. All three of these games will be launched exclusively on the Nintendo Switch console. The company also introduced the Catch Calender in Pokemon HOME with a new update.

Nintendo announced Pokemon Legends: Arceus back in February. The game introduces new RPG elements while staying true to its core gameplay. Pokemon Legends: Arceus is already available for pre-order.

Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are remakes of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl that came out in 2006. The original story has been reproduced in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, but several other game functions have been revitalized. Legendary Pokemon in these games are Dialga and Palkia and trainers will be able to discover the connection between them and the Sinnoh region.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus takes place in the Sinnoh region of the past, long before the events of Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl. Apart from the traditional approach of catching Pokemon, Pokemon Legends: Arceus game introduces a new way of catching Pokemon where players have to have to observe a Pokemon's behavior, get closer, and then throw the Pokeball to catch them.

The three starter Pokemon in Pokemon Legends: Arceus are-

Grass-type- Rowlet

Fire-type- Cyndaquil

Water-type- Oshawott

Legendary Pokemon Arceus will be at the center of the narrative in this game.
