Nintendo is bringing a brand new battle royale game for Nintendo Switch players called Pac-Man 99. This arcade-style game features a 99-player battle royale mode and will be available exclusively for Nintendo Switch Online members from April 7, 6 PM PST / April 8, 6.30 AM IST.
The basic premise of this game is similar to that of mainstream PC shooter battle royales like PUBG and Fortnite. You have to gobble down power-ups and strategize to eliminate other players and remain the last man standing.

Pac-Man 99 features
Players can turn the ghosts blue and make them vulnerable by eating power pellets and then sending Jammer Pac-Man over to the opponent's side. The more ghosts a player collects, the more jammers they can send.
Players can also switch between 8 different strategies like speeding up, sending extra jammers, and more. Here, timing is key. Switching between strategies at the right time can give you an upper hand over your opponents. 20 Custom themes based on Bandai Namco video games like Xevious, Galaga, Dig Dug are also available for download in Pac-Man 99.
Pac-Man 99 will be a free-to-play title that will be available through the Nintendo eShop. Unfortunately, Nintendo eShop is not available in India, and to access the online store in India, players will have to set up an account with a US address. You will require 767 MB of free space on your Nintendo Switch. The game supports TV Mode, Tabletop Mode, and Handheld Mode of the console.
