After the collaboration of PUBG Mobile in June, the widely popular game of FreeFire from the developers Garena is treading in the same steps as they are all set to launch a new collaborative event with the British automotive car manufacturer McLaren.
Players shall be able to experience a thematic change in the colors of the FreeFire lobby, being redesigned in the official colors of the car manufacturer. The redesign of the lobby shall occur in the colors of orange and blue, complete with airdrops, airships, and parachutes of the same color.
Race to Ace – Exclusive collaboration event with McLaren
From July 23rd, the British car manufacturer shall be seen organizing an event in partnership with the highest-grossing app of FreeFire from the gaming division. In this exclusive event, players shall be able to log in to get their hands on exclusive rewards designated to be delivered to the players at each level of the event.
Players shall have to complete laps in this in-game event, and rewards are in store for each lap you race. A grand prize is to be awarded to all players who complete the basic minimum requirement of five laps. As an exclusive takeaway from the event, you will be awarded the exclusive skin of P1 Mantis, in its signature flashy green color.
Gameplay to take part in the event –
After signing up to take part in the event, to proceed you have to choose between four different variants of the car and take it for a spin by participating in a race against other players. Along the way you have to collect chequered tokens to get temporary speed boosts and shall have the option to change your car if it doesn’t suit your style. The higher you get to rank up in the events, the better the chances you have of getting awarded those exclusive prizes, working your way up to the grand prize of P1 Mantis skin.
