Epic Games today, unveiled Season 7 of Chapter 2 in Fortnite and it features alien-themed items, outfits, and weapons. With season 7, the developer has brought back battle stars which can be used to claim various rewards. Battle stars can be obtained by completing challenges, leveling up, or buying battle pass levels using V-bucks.
In this fight against aliens, players will be able to play as Superman and Rick Sanchez. Purchasing the Battle Pass will immediately unlock the Kymera, a face-swapping alien. It features 800,000 combinations of head shapes, eye and skin colors, patterns, and armor colors to choose from. To change the appearance, players need to collect various Alien Artifacts. To obtain these artifacts, players must explore the Island impacted by the Invasion each week to unravel the mystery of crystal-encased Cosmic Chests. Similar to Battle Stars, these can be exchanged to claim additional styles for Kymera that permanently expand your choices of custom alien looks.
Alien forces have invaded the Island while Doctor Slone leads the Imagined Order against them.

New crafting ingredient
A new crafting ingredient has been introduced- Nuts and Bolts. Using them, players can craft new weapons like Burst Assault Rifle from an Assault Rifle, Rapid Fire SMG from an SMG, and a Lever Action Shotgun from a regular Shotgun. Season 7 brings new guns like the Kymera Ray Gun, Rail Gun, Pulse Rifle, and a Recon Scanner. These guns and many more will be available as the season progresses.
