Minecraft Dungeons got even more dungeons in the form of Flames of the Nether. It’s a premium paid DLC pack and, as the name states, it’s set in the Nether. You’ll gain access to six missions, which if all goes smoothly should net you a bunch of new weapons, gear, and artifacts, but you’ll need to murder a bunch of new Nether-themed enemies to get that loot. This update rolled out on February 24. This DLC has been highly anticipated by many, and it looks like it will deliver the expected hype.
What’s new in this update?
The Flames of the Nether DLC consists of six missions that will take place in the Nether. The word Nether will be familiar with the regular Minecraft and Minecraft Dungeons players, for those who don’t know, the Nether is a haunting stage full of terrifying mobs such as Blazes, Piglins, and Ghasts.
The Flames of The Nether DLC will also include the following:
• New Gear, Artifacts, and weapons
• New Mobs

This update pack will cost you $6, but there’s also a free update rolling out alongside. These free additions are mostly tuned to keep you in the game, the biggest being Ancient Hunts. These generated missions will gain you access to in the endgame, which “weave in and out of the Nether and other familiar parts of the Overworld in action-packed, stitched together adventures”.
