Fall Guys is going free-for-all, and is also arriving on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and the Epic Games Store on June 21, developer Mediatonic announced on Monday.

The game is getting cross-play support along with new game modes, new unlockables, and lots more. “Whether you’re on PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, Xbox, the Epic Games Store, or a mix of all of the above, you’ll be able to play Fall Guys for free —with cross-play, cross-platform parties, and cross-progression fully supported with the use of your Epic Games Account,” Mediatonic said in the announcement. The PlayStation 5 version will feature faster load times and other performance updates.

With this update, Fall Guys is leaving the Steam storefront, meaning new players will have to head over to the Epic Games’ Store if they want to play the game on PC. Those who currently own the game on Steam will continue to receive updates. Mediatonic said “PlayStation and Steam players who already have a copy of Fall Guys will continue to receive all the usual updates (such as new seasons, patches, and fresh features) that you’d expect. However, new players will no longer be able to download Fall Guys on Steam— if you’re new to Fall Guys and would like to play on PC, you can visit the Epic Games’ Store and download the launcher there.”

There’s a bunch of new stuff coming to Fall Guys

Mediatonic is bringing an assortment of new stuff with the June 21 launch, starting with a new season that will feature new levels, costumes, a new season pass, and new challenges for players. Details will be revealed closer to June 21.

Mediatonic also has an exciting reward for the current Fall Guys community. Players who have already purchased the game via Steam or on PS4 will be rewarded with the Legacy Pack that includes a nickname, nameplate, the Regal costume, the Veggie Dog costume, the Feisty Dwarf costume, and a Season Pass for Season 1. To get the Legacy Pack, you’ve to play the game before June 21.

There are a bunch of pre-registration rewards as well. You can check them out on the free for all pre-registration page.
