Update 6.66 has brought the Horde Mode that includes 3 missions from Doom Eternal and its Ancient Gods DLC. Players will start with 3 extra lives, a Combat Shotgun, and some other equipment to gith against waves of demons. As rounds are completed, players will get access to new and special weapons.

Doom Eternal’s new Master Levels and Battlemode 2.0
This update has brought two new Master Levels to Doom Eternal-
- Mars Core
- The World Spear
They can be unlocked by completing a corresponding campaign and can then be accessed through Fortress of Doom or the Mission Select menu. Note that you need to own Part 2 of the Ancient Gods DLC to play The World Spear Master Level.
Doom Eternal’s multiplayer “Battlemode” has been revamped with a new streak tracker, new rewards, and more. Battlemode 2.0’s new Streak Tracker keeps tabs on player wins and losses in Public Matches. The Streak Tracker is displayed on top of the Player Card and it displays wins as checkmarks and losses as X’s. A Hot Streak card will be awarded to players who win 4 matches before losing 2.
Update 6.66 has also brought Dread Knight, a new demon with Energy Wave, Berserk, Ground Slam, and Quantum Orb attacks. Moreover, Battlemode has received a new arena called Stronghold which according to the devs, is the most competitive Battlemode map.
Update 6.66 also brings changes like players on the same team will no longer be allowed to choose the same demon, 3-player parties cannot join Public Lobbies, and more. You can read all of them in the patch notes.
