Benched Danish CS:GO Team forms a new roster “Hyenas”

As a result of the aftermath of several roster shuffles in the CS:GO scene, a benched Danish team has made a new roster. These players took on themselves to are looking for a new beginning after their previous organization “North” which was dissolved due to COVID-19 related issues. This team of currently inactive Danish players will be playing under the name “HYENAS” and is planning to compete together while looking for a new organization to represent.

The current team consists of various players who once played under the Danish roster North. That includes players like Philip “aizy” Aistrup who spent over four years with the North squad, while Nicklas “gade” Gade was in their active roster for around three years until the end of the organization. Also joining them will be a former Major winner an ex Astralis member, Markus “Kjaerbye” Kjaerbye. Kjaerbye spent two years in the North lineup but later left the North squad in 2020 to join FaZe Clan where he was benched after a few months.

And the youngest member on their squad being Fredrik “Fessor” Sorensen who was on bench for the BLUEJAYS and will get an opportunity to provehimself here, and the last one to join them will be Johannes “B0RUP” Borup, an assaulter who found his way around the scene through his success with Team Heroic in 2020 before he was benched back in February.

According to a report from the HLTV, Fessor is said to be the substitute while their former member from the North squad “Canjunb” will be filling his shoes.

The HYENAS will be looking for their first prey, marking their debut at the Flashpoint 3 against Team FunPlus Phoenix.
